People litter the water filled with ducks and fish

There is a place next to my house. It s a beautiful place filled with fish ducklings, ducks , birds even dogs go there and sit when its too hot. People who are educated throw all their junks and waste in the water and now the birds are  dead. So many birds were there most of them are gone. I even told these people don't do it its not good to litter this place. All I get in return is who am I to say it. Plz don't spoil this place its in OMR.
